I agree to pay the amount specified.
I understand that I may be paying for my boudoir experience well in advance of my session date.
I understand that I may choose to use Paypal’s Buy Now, Pay Later payment plan. I understand that by choosing this payment plan, I am making a payment agreement with Paypal and not with Phantasy Photos LLC.
I understand and agree that there are no refunds for products or services purchased.
Phantasy Photos Post-Session Payment Plans
At its discretion, Phantasy Photos LLC may offer post-session payment plans so that clients may spread out the payment for products over some agreed-upon length of time.
I understand and agree to pay, at minimum, the first period’s payment upon signing the payment plan agreement.
I understand and agree to put my credit card on file with Phantasy Photos LLC for the duration of the payment plan.
I understand and agree to allow Phantasy Photos LLC to charge my card on file per the agreed-upon payment schedule specified in the payment plan agreement.
I understand and agree to ensure my credit/debit card has sufficient funds to cover each payment as specified in the payment plan agreement.
Should my credit/debit card be declined for insufficient funds, I understand and agree to provide Phantasy Photos LLC with an alternative payment method (credit/debit card, bank check, or money order).
Should my credit/debit card be declined due to its expiration, I understand and agree to provide Phantasy Photos LLC with updated credit/debit card information or an alternative method of payment (credit/debit card, bank check, or money order).
I understand and agree that Phantasy Photos LLC reserves the right to terminate the payment plan agreement in the event of payment delinquency of fourteen (14) days or more.
I understand and agree that if Phantasy Photos LLC terminates the payment plan agreement for non-payment, I will not receive a refund of any monies paid.
I understand that if I cancel the payment plan agreement for any reason, I will not receive a refund for any monies paid.
Digital Product Purchases
I agree to pay the amount specified.
I understand and agree that there are no refunds and no returns.
I understand that I will receive a link to access my purchase once my purchase is confirmed.
I understand that I may make copies of digital products for my use only.
I understand that I may distribute copies of digital photos for publication upon receiving written consent from Phantasy Photos LLC.
I understand that I may not distribute copies of digital products for free or for monetary gain.
I understand that I may make copies of digital products designated for business use for my and/or my business’ use only.
I understand that I may not distribute digital products designated for business use for free or for monetary gain except to my employees for business use.
