Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows

We are pretty forgiving, giving people the benefit of the doubt, and, probably, too many chances. But two things in our business will get us riled up…

Ghosts: the people who book a session, then we never hear from them again. No communication. No cancellation. No nothing.

Flakes: the people who communicate with us, even confirming that they will be at their session, then cancel at the last minute with no explanation, show up 30 minutes or more late, or don’t show up at all.

If you ghost us or flake on us… you will be blacklisted from working with us. If you paid for your session in advance, you will not receive a refund.

Payments

All fees are payable at the time of booking. We realize that many of our fees are expensive. For that reason, we offer payment plans to make them more affordable for everyone. No sessions may be booked until the purchase price is paid in full.

If you pay in full, you will be invited to schedule your boudoir experience after your payment is confirmed and received. If you opt for a payment plan, you will receive an invitation to schedule your boudoir experience when your payment plan is paid in full.

If you are offered a complimentary boudoir experience, a $150 non-refundable retainer is payable when booking your complimentary boudoir experience. The date for your boudoir experience will be held for no more than one (1) hour without payment. After one (1) hour, the date for your boudoir experience will be made available to anyone.

Client Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations are not permitted. If you cannot make it to your boudoir experience, you may gift or sell it to a friend. Your friend must contact us as soon as quickly so that we can update the session details, and have your friend sign their contract and other documents.

Phantasy Photos Initiated Cancellations

If it is necessary for me to cancel your session due to a family emergency or illness, you will be invited to reschedule once our situation is resolved. If you choose not to reschedule, you will not receive a refund of any monies paid.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling of boudoir experiences is not allowed, except for the following reasons:

  1. COVID-19 illness to you or a member of your household
  2. Potential exposure to COVID-19 to you or a member of your household
  3. Other severe medical emergency, such as heart attack or stroke to you or a member of your immediate family.*
  4. Hospitalization to you or a member of your immediate family.*
* Phantasy Photos considers the following people immediate family: spouse, child, step-child, foster child, sibling, step-sibling, half-sibling, parent, step-parent, former legal guardian, parent-in-law, or family member living in your place of residence (this does not include roommates or friends who may live with you).

We require a minimum of seven (7) days advance notice to reschedule. 
 
While we strive not to reschedule photo sessions, there are times when we have no choice but to do so. If we must cancel a photo session, you will receive notification to reschedule once my situation is resolved. Should you choose not to reschedule, you will not receive a refund for any monies paid.

No Shows

No shows are not tolerated. If you do not show up for your scheduled boudoir experience, you will not receive a refund for any monies paid.

Refunds

There are no refunds for any monies paid whether you paid in full or are still paying a payment plan. If you cannot make it to your schedule boudoir experience, you may gift or sell it to a friend.
