Here’s what you get with our Fashion/Glamour TFP Experience:
- No session fee
- Up to 12 hours of session time1
- Unlimited number of outfits
- Unlimited number of hair/makeup looks
- Your choice of one indoor or outdoor location2
- For indoor sessions, select up to five (5) our our Limited Edition Travel Sets3
- For outdoor sessions, up to 4 hours, one-way, travel to your chosen location4
- Up to 10 beauty-retouched, digital photos with publication rights for each photo set
- Edited video of any videos we take with publication rights
- One (1) year of exclusive use of all media you select after the session. After one (1) year, we may use any of the media you selected.
1 Session time includes outfit changes and hair and makeup changes. Stops for travel, meals, gas, and restroom use are not included in the session time. 2-hour minimum, 12-hour maximum.
2 We can stop and shoot at additional locations that are on the route to your chosen outdoor location, either on the way to the location or on the return trip. These stops do count toward your session time.
3 The number of Limited Edition Travel Sets you may select depends upon the duration of the session. You may select one for each two-hour block you schedule, up to five sets.
4 Travel time is not part of the session time.
Yes! You read that correctly! It sounds too good to be true. There has to be a catch, right? Well, there is, but it’s not what you think.
- For indoor sessions, you are responsible for all rental fees, including taxes, cleaning fees, and any other associated fees.
- For outdoor locations more than 1 hour from Harry Reid International Airport, you are responsible for our travel expenses (mileage and gas)
- Outdoor locations more than 2 hours from Harry Reid International Airport require at least a 6-hour session.
- Outdoor locations more than 2 hours from Harry Reid International Airport require at least a 6-hour session.
- Meals, snacks, and beverages are not included.
- We retain photo and video copyrights. You may purchase the copyrights if you wish, but they are not cheap.
What does Phantasy Photos get out of this deal?
Glad you asked. We have a Patreon account. We also sell photo sets and videos at BentBox. These sessions are how we get our content. Here’s how it works.
- After the session, we will post the photos and videos in private photo galleries accessible in your client cabinet..
- You select up to 15 photos that you want for each photo set you select.
- We edit the photos you select in each photo set. As soon as we finish editing a set, we make it available for download.
- We edit any videos you selected and provide a link where you can download them.
- If the photo set is for magazine publication, you will need to let us know what information the publisher requires from us as well as the name of the publication and scheduled publication date..
- We may use any photos, photo sets and corresponding videos, and any standalone videos that you do not select.
- We ask, but do not require, photographer credit for all media uses.
