Payments, Cancellations, Refunds, & No Shows


A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for all photo sessions unless specified otherwise. The deposit or full payment for photography sessions is due at time of booking, payable via PayPal, Stripe or Square. 


Client Initiated Cancellations

While we hope you don’t cancel your photo session, we understand that sometimes life gets in the way. We allow for one cancellation and session rescheduling. If you cancel a second time, you will not be able to reschedule.

Phantasy Photos Initiated Cancellations

While we try not to cancel any booked photo sessions, there may be times when it is necessary.

  • Family Emergencies
  • Illness
  • Client No Shows
  • Client Tardiness (30 minutes or more)

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your session, whether you notify us in advance or not, we may cancel your photo session, depending upon other sessions booked for that day.


We have an absolute, zero refund policy, except when we need to cancel your session due to a family emergency or illness within Phantasy Photos. If that occurs and you elect not to reschedule your photo session, we will refund all monies you paid toward your photo session.
